- How to use
- 1) Smooth the lips and lightly moisturize with lip balm or a similar product. 2) Starting at the center of the upper lip, apply outward along the lip line. 3) Apply the lower lip in the same direction to fill in the color. 4) For more intense color, layer once more in the same way.
