This is great when you don't want to ruin the look of your foundation's finish! It feels similar to the crystal version of NARS Light Reflecting Setting Powder. It leaves your skin feeling more silky-smooth than the NARS powder. It might not be that great at preventing makeup from breaking down. The NARS powder felt noticeably better in that regard. It seems to depend on how good your foundation or primer is, so I wouldn't say this powder itself makes your makeup less likely to break down.. I don't notice any dryness in particular. The NARS powder feels a little tighter on my skin. I think it's a good powder and great value for money! It's one of those products that I really appreciate for its value when my foundation already performs well, when I'm only wearing sunscreen, or when I just really don't want to get shiny.
