    This is my second repurchase. I use this toner in the morning during the dry fall and winter months! It's a little sticky, but it's super moisturizing and smooths out my skin texture too! Since it's so moisturizing, my makeup goes on really well too👏🏻 Another thing I love is that when I'm short on time, this toner alone moisturizes my skin really well!! It spreads really well too, so I recommend massaging it in as you apply it🩷
