- How to use
- 1) Apply the liner after tidying the eye area with eyeshadow. 2) Use the tip of the felt applicator to draw along the eye contour at the desired thickness. 3) Continue toward the outer corner to create a wing or add shading. 4) Remove thoroughly with a dedicated makeup remover when taking off makeup.
