- How to use
- Use as a base before applying eyebrow mascara, brushing from the roots toward the tips of the brows. If using a pencil or powder eyebrow product, apply that product first, followed by this concealer. When used with a waterproof eyebrow product, we recommend using a point makeup remover to remove it.
