- How to use
- 1) Prep the lips, then apply a thin layer of the Color Step from the inner lips outward. 2) Keep the lips slightly parted and wait for the product to set. 3) Apply the Top Coat evenly over the color to enhance adherence and shine. 4) If the color fades, reapply the Top Coat over the Color Step.
