- How to use
- 1) First groom the brow hairs with the spoolie brush on the opposite end of the pencil. 2) Use the ultra-slim pencil to lightly fill between the hairs and define the shape. 3) Sweep the brow gel tip along the brow hairs in short strokes to set the color and shape.
