  • This is a water-based toner that feels just a little more moisturizing than water. The texture is quite runny, so I found it easy to work into my skin and not prone to feeling sticky. Despite its fresh-looking finish, it leaves more moisture than I expected after applying, so it’s easy to use even when my skin is prone to dryness. Since it contains anti-inflammatory ingredients and the like, I also use it when my acne is flaring up pretty badly. It’s relatively unlikely to feel irritating, and my impression is that it’s an easy toner to reach for when my skin is unstable. Even when my acne was pretty bad and had turned into sores, it didn’t sting at all when I used it. After using it, my skin feels soft and nicely balanced, and it pairs easily with the serums and emulsion I use afterward. Even if I just apply this and don’t use anything else, my skin still feels hydrated for a while, so I think you could also use it by applying just this right after getting out of the bath for the time being. Personally, I thought it would be easy to use for people who don’t like heavy toners but find ones that are too refreshing lacking. It’s fragrance-free, doesn’t feel irritating, and although it’s a runny type, it’s still moisturizing, so I think it’s an easy toner to use in the morning ☀️
