- How to use
- 1) Groom the brow hairs with a brush or fingertips. 2) Use the pencil tip to fill between the brow hairs one stroke at a time. 3) Lightly blend along the hair direction with fingertips or a spoolie brush. 4) Remove thoroughly with a dedicated remover.
