I use it when I want to create that clustered lash look, or as a clear mascara when my lash perm is starting to wear off. It's originally a lash coating, but it can also be used as a lash serum, so it's convenient that you can use it for both makeup and care. It's easy to create clustered lashes with, and it's also easy to use for tidying up your lashes when your perm starts to wear off. I think it can probably be used with eyelash extensions too. It comes off with warm water, so I'm also happy that it doesn't take much effort to remove. It's an easy-to-use item for when you want to tidy up your lashes but don't want as much of a made-up look as regular mascara gives.
