It's an azelaic acid exosome serum. I was disappointed that the azelaic acid was way too weak... I'd been regularly using around a 16% concentration, so I couldn't feel the azelaic acid in this at all... Since it has exosomes, it feels prickly. It might be good as a booster, but I feel like the product itself doesn't do much. I didn't notice any particular change in my pores or oiliness either... I probably won't repurchase.
