- How to use
- 1) Use the spoolie on the opposite end to brush through the brows and check their direction and shape. 2) Fill sparse-looking areas with short strokes using the pencil. 3) Brush through again with the spoolie to diffuse the color naturally. 4) Remove cleanly with a dedicated remover or cleanser.
