It feels so nice on my skin when I chill it in the fridge before using it! I liked how it felt better with a cotton pad than with my hands🎶 Since it's so lightweight, it might not be moisturizing enough for people with dry skin. When it's not enough, I layer a different toner on top!

Anyway, it's a lightweight, watery lotion that's easy to use in summer, and if you put it in the fridge, it feels cool and is even nicer to use. Since it's the type of liquid that doesn't interfere with makeup, I recommend it before applying makeup. It has a distinctive scent too, and I like it. It doesn't feel moisturizing, but I somehow feel like my skin calms down when I use it. As for the brightening effect, I've gone through about three bottles, but I couldn't really tell. Using it gives me peace of mind, so I use it in the morning, and I think I'll keep repurchasing it.
