My skin gets tight and flaky if I don't do my skincare right after washing my face, but it also gets oily easily after I put on makeup, and this toner was perfect for me. Even without using a peel or anything, just the Skin Harmonizer improved the little bumps around my nose in 1-2 weeks, and I was like, so this is Kanebo's technology for targeting bad sebum!! Personally, this isn't moisturizing enough on its own, so after the Skin Harmonizer, I layer on a more moisturizing toner.

For oily skin It's a two-phase formula, so shake before use. I also recommend using it as a cotton pad mask. It feels refreshing but still moisturizes well. It helps keep sebum from turning harmful, and I definitely feel like I'm getting fewer breakouts. I highly recommend using it together with Kanebo's Skin Conductor.
