  My skin gets tight and flaky if I don't do my skincare right after washing my face, but it also gets oily easily after I put on makeup, and this toner was perfect for me. Even without using a peel or anything, just the Skin Harmonizer improved the little bumps around my nose in 1-2 weeks, and I was like, so this is Kanebo's technology for targeting bad sebum!! Personally, this isn't moisturizing enough on its own, so after the Skin Harmonizer, I layer on a more moisturizing toner.
