103 Frozen Pink I mainly use it on my under-eye bags. The glitter sparkles beautifully, and even adding just a little brightens up my eyes, so it's handy when I want to add some sparkle or a special touch to my usual makeup. Since it's a liner, it's easy to apply precisely where I want it, but depending on where and how much I use, I found it a little difficult to get the amount of shimmer and glitter just right. When I only want to add a small amount, it seems better to wipe the brush off before using it. It can be used not only on the under-eye bags, but also on the center of the eyelid and inner corners, so it's an easy item to use as an accent on days when I want to add some sparkle.
