Great value, so you can splash it on generously ◎ The huge 500 ml bottle means you can use as much as you want without holding back! It feels light and watery, and it really came in handy when my skin felt hot or irritated. It doesn't feel very irritating, and the simple formula is reassuring ◎ Moisturizing-wise, it's so-so, I guess? Rather than deeply moisturizing, it feels like it gives your skin an initial boost of hydration. I recommend sealing it in with an emulsion or cream afterward. When my skin isn't doing well or I want to keep my summer skincare light, I like the first thing that touches my skin to be something simple like this ☺️ Would repurchase: Yes ◎

A moisturizing toner formulated with their proprietary Precious Rice Koji Ferment Extract (for hydration). The gold bottle is beautiful✨ They recommend three pumps, applied with either a cotton pad or your hands. I prefer pressing it in with my hands. It has a slightly thick texture but absorbs well🥰 It leaves my skin moisturized, and the fragrance is gentle and not too strong. I have dry skin, so this is a staple for me. It's pricey, but you get 170 ml, so it lasts quite a while.

I tried this while looking for something that would help my makeup go on better, and I honestly liked it way more than I expected 🥹🌹 After I apply it, my skin texture feels smoother and more refined, so my base seems to go on so much prettier the next day!! Especially when applying foundation, it feels like it adheres to my skin more evenly than usual, and my base doesn’t lift as much because of flaky skin, so it’s great to use before makeup 💗 When I use it while my skin is looking dry and rough, it looks more hydrated and smooth, so I can really see a difference when I do my makeup ✨ I love that smooth, flawless look when makeup goes on well, so I was pretty satisfied, and I especially want to recommend this to anyone whose base keeps lifting or who’s worried about their skin texture 🫶🏻(I can’t do my makeup without this!!)

Torriden toner is so famous that I was curious and tried it, and it was way better than I expected 🥹💙 The texture is light and hydrating like water, so it's great to apply right after washing my face!! I'm not a big fan of sticky toners, but I liked that this left my skin hydrated without feeling heavy 🫧 Even one layer feels hydrating, and when my skin feels dry, layering it several times doesn't feel like too much It's gentle enough to use even on days when my skin isn't in great condition, so I find myself reaching for it often as a daily toner 💗 I'd recommend it if you're looking for a toner that gives your skin a light boost of hydration!!

I use this as the first booster after washing my face. It has a gel-like texture, but it absorbs right in without feeling like it’s sitting on my skin, and the stickiness doesn’t bother me, so it’s easy to move on to the next step in my skincare routine. It feels refreshing and gives my skin a boost of hydration. It’s fragrance-free too, which is a plus. I also think it’s a great value since you get 200 ml for less than 2,000 yen! In terms of how it feels, for my combination skin that leans dry (dehydrated skin), it’s better suited for spring and summer and doesn’t feel like enough for fall and winter. Because it absorbs so well, I start to feel dry unless I apply the next skincare product fairly quickly. It doesn’t feel moisturizing enough, but I really like that it doesn’t interfere with the rest of my skincare and that it’s easy to use under makeup too!

I use them when I can't be bothered with skincare or don't have time, but they don't moisturize enough so I end up adding a bunch of other stuff anyway. They're not good or bad, just kinda meh. As for making makeup go on better, it's more like...??

I love this toner and have repurchased it three times. It feels moisturizing, and I used it year-round without any stickiness or irritation. It pairs well with any skincare routine, regardless of skin type or season. It just doesn’t have any quirks, but it doesn’t feel lacking either, and overall it’s very easy to use. It’s affordable, so it’s easy for skincare beginners and students to add to their routines too. I highly recommend it. However, sometimes my skin feels rough and it seems like the toner doesn’t absorb very well. When that happens, I use it together with Sofina’s booster serum.

When paired with the cream from the same line, I can first replenish moisture with the Panthetoin Essence Toner, then finish by wrapping it all in with the cream, so it's a combo I want to reach for on days when dryness is bothering me🤍

It has a light, watery texture that absorbs quickly into the skin and feels lightweight. It doesn't leave any stickiness behind, so it was easy to use on hot days or after a bath too♡ I especially love how cool and soothing it feels when I use it when my skin feels flushed or overheated. It doesn't feel heavy even when layered, so it's also great that I can apply several layers when I'm worried about dryness◎ It's easy to incorporate as the first step in my daily skincare routine, and I felt it was a toner that's easy to use even when my skin is going through a sensitive phase🌿

When my skin is acting up, for some reason it seems to do better if I use this as the very first step in my skincare routine, so I always use it when the seasons change. My favorite way to use it is to attach a spray head and spritz it on.

I had the impression that this toner had a lot of loyal users, and I bought it after hearing that it works for a wide range of skin types. My concern is dryness, but it has a fresh, watery texture that absorbs into the skin quickly, and even when I layer it, it doesn't feel sticky or have trouble absorbing. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and is a very easy-to-use toner. I wouldn't say it feels particularly deeply moisturizing, so I use it more to replenish my skin's moisture. It also helps control oil and has a cool, refreshing effect, so I felt it would be good to use in summer when stickiness and flushed skin are a concern. It has a distinctive menthol scent that rushes coolly through your nose, and I was shocked by how strong it was the first time I used it, but once I got used to it, it became addictive, and now I really love this toner, scent included.

I was drawn to how cost-effective it is and decided to give it a try The instructions say to use two pumps, but for me, two pumps is too much and one pump is just right If you apply it too thickly, people with combination skin might break out But I feel like it softens my skin and helps the next toner absorb better!! I think it's a good first pre-toner emulsion!

It's easy to adjust the amount based on how my skin is doing, and easy to work into my morning skincare routine too. Before I knew it, I’d repurchased it four times. It’s a slightly viscous toner that leaves my skin feeling hydrated and plump. It is a little sticky, but personally, it’s not enough to bother me. It’s also fragrance-free, so it’s easy to use. If I generously use it for a cotton pad mask, my skin feels even more hydrated. It layers well with other serums too, so this is a toner I find myself reaching for often.

It's a watery lotion, but once you're done applying it, it feels surprisingly moisturizing. That said, it doesn't feel oily (although it's not oil-free), so I think it's great for people who don't like stickiness but still feel dryness!

JINO Moist Amino Enriched Lotion I (Moist Type) This lotion is actually from Ajinomoto, the food company! It’s a lotion focused on amino acids, and because it’s from Ajinomoto, which has been researching amino acids for many years, I think it’s the ultimate lotion! I became a fan after trying a sample at an event and have continued purchasing it ever since. As someone with rhinitis, my nose would constantly peel during the dry winter months, leaving my makeup a total mess, but ever since I started using this, my nose has gone back to normal…! It has pretty much solved the winter problem I’d been struggling with for years. It also has the nice, normal scent of a lotion, and even though it’s the moisturizing type, it feels light and smooth, so it’s very easy to use.
