    Before I knew it, I’d repurchased it four times. It’s a slightly viscous toner that leaves my skin feeling hydrated and plump. It is a little sticky, but personally, it’s not enough to bother me. It’s also fragrance-free, so it’s easy to use. If I generously use it for a cotton pad mask, my skin feels even more hydrated. It layers well with other serums too, so this is a toner I find myself reaching for often.
