- How to use
- 1) Shake the container thoroughly before use to mix the two layers. 2) Saturate a cotton pad with an appropriate amount. 3) Place it gently on the eye area and eyelashes, then wipe without rubbing. 4) Lightly rinse away any remaining residue with lukewarm water, then follow with toner.
