I use this as the first booster after washing my face. It has a gel-like texture, but it absorbs right in without feeling like it’s sitting on my skin, and the stickiness doesn’t bother me, so it’s easy to move on to the next step in my skincare routine. It feels refreshing and gives my skin a boost of hydration. It’s fragrance-free too, which is a plus. I also think it’s a great value since you get 200 ml for less than 2,000 yen! In terms of how it feels, for my combination skin that leans dry (dehydrated skin), it’s better suited for spring and summer and doesn’t feel like enough for fall and winter. Because it absorbs so well, I start to feel dry unless I apply the next skincare product fairly quickly. It doesn’t feel moisturizing enough, but I really like that it doesn’t interfere with the rest of my skincare and that it’s easy to use under makeup too!
