  • It says it feels cool, so I bought it for the hot summer season. The impression is more like, “Maybe it feels a little refreshing right when I apply it?” Even that cool feeling goes away after a little while. Personally, I bought it expecting that cooling sensation, so I’d give it 3.5 stars. I think it does cover pores and has staying power, so it might be good for anyone looking for a matte, light-blue-toned primer.
