- How to use
- 1) After showering, prepare the skin so it is dry. 2) Dispense an appropriate amount into your hand and spread in circular motions, starting from the lower legs. 3) Add an appropriate amount to each area, such as the arms and torso, and apply from front to back for even adherence. 4) For the back, use a towel to spread it evenly, then wash your hands thoroughly.
