- How to use
- 1) Lightly condition the lips with lip balm or a similar product. 2) Sharpen the liner slightly, then draw a few lines on the back of your hand to soften the tip. 3) Outline the lips with short, light strokes along the lip line. 4) Fill toward the inner lips for a natural finish.
