- How to use
- 1) Shake the container lightly before use to mix the two layers evenly. 2) Soak cotton with an appropriate amount and place it over point makeup on the eyes and lips. 3) Press lightly and wipe away without rubbing. 4) Follow with face washing or toner to refine the skin.
