- How to use
- 1) Saturate a cotton pad with an appropriate amount and place it over the eye area and lips. 2) Without rubbing, hold it in place briefly to gently loosen makeup. 3) Lightly wipe with the cotton pad to remove residual makeup. 4) Rinse with lukewarm water if needed, then tone the skin.
