- How to use
- 1) Shake the pen eyeliner lightly three to four times before use. 2) Hold the brush upright or lay it flat and draw as if filling the gaps between the lashes. a) For a natural look, draw short strokes along the lash line. b) For more defined eyes, extend the line toward the outer corner. 3) After use, lightly wipe residue from the brush with a wet tissue. 4) Close the cap until it clicks and store to prevent the contents from drying out.
