- How to use
- 1) Shake the container thoroughly before use to blend the two layers. 2) Saturate cotton with an appropriate amount and place it over the eyes and lips. 3) Leave it in place briefly to help loosen the makeup. 4) Gently wipe with the cotton, then remove any remaining residue by cleansing and follow with toner.
