I have monolids, so I love matte eyeshadow. Out of those, I was looking for an eyeshadow that was kind of pink but close to a skin tone. I think 15 Allure in Motion is perfect for anyone looking for that. This shadow from hince has subtle but solid color payoff, and the color is cute, so it's one of my favorites. However, I have sensitive, delicate skin, and my eyes got itchy when I wore it for a long time, so I won't repurchase. Still, the color payoff is a super cute shade that's like a skin tone close to my complexion but also kind of pink, and it's versatile enough for natural makeup or as a base underneath other shadows.
