How to use
1) Prep the eye makeup with eyeshadow or other products first. 2) Draw the line according to your desired eye shape. a) For a defined line, hold the pencil close to the eye and draw clearly. b) For a soft smoky look, lightly smudge the drawn line with a brush or fingertip. 3) When using on the waterline, gently press and fill in closely. 4) Remove gently with a dedicated remover.
