- How to use
- 1) Use after concealer or foundation has fully set. 2) On the under-eye area or localized makeup, lightly pat on the powder with a puff. 3) Over the entire face, spread the powder evenly with a brush and remove the excess. 4) Lightly apply another layer over the entire face to set the makeup.
