It's a cheek & lip product, but I mainly use and love it for blending out my lip line. There's a small lip brush inside the lid, and it's so easy to use! If you can find a color that matches the edges of your lips, you can create a very natural overlined lip with this. I use lip pencils too, but I'm used to this, so I usually use it to overline my lips! It also gives a cute matte finish when applied all over the lips, and it's cute as a blush too. I took off one star because it doesn't last that long, but it's an item I use often. I want some other shades too.
