- How to use
- 1) Use as the final step of makeup. 2) Pick up an appropriate amount on the brush and apply along the brow hairs. a) Brush upward to groom sections where the hairs point upward. b) Brush outward in the direction of the hairs where they lie sideways. 3) Leave to dry naturally to set.
