This is a blush with a pearly sheen. The color is cute and it's easy to use, but the sheen is a little strong and can sometimes make my skin texture stand out in a bad way... If your skin is smooth, I think it would give a beautiful glow and be totally fine. It felt more like a highlighter than a blush. The color payoff is subtle and lighter than it looks. When I applied more to try to build up the color, the pearly finish layered up and sometimes made it look caked on, so I wish I'd chosen a shade one tone darker. I didn't notice any particular dryness, and it lasts well too. It feels like great value for the price! I'm thinking I might buy another shade next time I come across one.
