- How to use
- 1) Shake gently before use to mix the contents. 2) Saturate cotton with an appropriate amount. a) For eye makeup, place the cotton over the eyes briefly, then wipe gently. b) For face makeup, gently rub and wipe the skin with cotton. 3) Rinse with lukewarm water if needed. 4) Follow with toner to smooth the skin’s texture.
