- How to use
- 1) Saturate a cotton pad with an appropriate amount. 2) Place the cotton pad over the eyes briefly to first wipe away point makeup. 3) Gently wipe the entire face and neck in upward circular motions. 4) If needed, rinse lightly with lukewarm water and refine the skin with toner.
