    Beauty of Joseon Sunscreen Review Season used: Summer Duration of use: 3 months Skin type: oily-dehydrated, acne-prone teenage skin User: 9th-grade middle school student (There’s a summary at the very bottom.) I tried using it in the summer. The thing I liked most was that it felt lightweight and fresh. Since it has a creamy texture, it applied smoothly and spread well, so I was pretty satisfied while putting it on. It didn’t feel very sticky or suffocating either, so I could comfortably apply it not only to my face but also to my body. However, there were quite a lot of disappointing things while using it. First of all, when I used it before makeup, the darkening was way too severe. At first my skin looked fine, but as time passed, I could noticeably see my face getting duller. Also, personally, I was disappointed with its sun protection and staying power. I used it on my entire face and body and reapplied it about four times a day, but I could still feel that my skin had gotten tanned after going to an amusement park. So personally, I found it difficult to trust on days when I had a lot of outdoor activities. The feel itself was lightweight and it spread well, so it was decent, but the UV protection—which is the most important part of sunscreen—was disappointing, and the darkening was also so severe that I absolutely don’t think I’ll repurchase it. Would repurchase ❌❌❌ [Summary] Pros: Lightweight and fresh, spreads well, creamy texture Cons: Severe darkening after makeup, disappointing sun protection, poor staying power Overall: The feel was nice, but the darkening and UV protection were so disappointing that I absolutely don’t plan to repurchase it
