- How to use
- 1) Groom the brow hairs with a brow brush or spoolie tip. 2) Starting at the inner brow, fill in with short, hair-like strokes following the direction of growth. 3) Add natural-looking depth to sparse areas or beneath the arch. 4) Comb through again with the spoolie brush to blend naturally.
