It has a light texture that spreads smoothly and doesn't feel thick on the skin. It's easy to blend out and doesn't leave much stickiness or heaviness behind. Rather than completely filling in pores for a totally flat finish, it feels like it subtly blurs uneven texture and smooths the skin's surface. It also provides some pore coverage, and makes the base look smooth when foundation is layered over it. Even though it has a smooth, dry finish, it doesn't feel drying, and I feel like it helps keep oils from coming through and causing makeup to break down over time, so I personally found it easy to use during the summer. This primer is easy to use when you want to smooth out your skin without looking cakey and keep oils from breaking down your makeup, rather than thoroughly filling in your pores.

I bought this because I really hated how my makeup would keep pilling and looking patchy. When I use this product, it really leaves my skin feeling soft and gives it a matte finish while smoothing out the texture perfectly. So I feel like my makeup goes on better too. But I heard primer fills in pores and smooths out your skin texture, so I ended up reaching for it less..
