It's a cleanser, but I use it as a morning face wash, and I'm on my third bottle. It's very effective at taking care of white sebaceous plugs, and with continued use, I've noticed a visible reduction in them. Recommended way to use it⬇️ Since it's a thick gel, apply it to areas where sebaceous plugs bother you, like your nose and cheeks, then wash in circular motions while gradually adding a little water to emulsify it. Once the gel softens, spread it over your entire face and gently rinse it off with lukewarm water. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed but not tight or irritated, and it's super easy to use, so I'd recommend it for all skin types!
