- How to use
- 1) Lightly remove excess product from the brush. 2) Apply by combing upward from the base of the brows in the direction of hair growth. 3) Spread evenly across the entire brows to groom the hairs. 4) When layering over a tinted product to set it, apply after the first product has completely dried.
