  • About Tone Blur Powder Pact review (I didn’t take separate photos and lost them, so I captured this from my archived Stories, and it says “I have no money”!! 😭) Season used: Summer Period of use: 1 month Skin type: Dehydrated-oily, acne-prone teenage skin User: 9th-grade middle school student (There’s a summary at the very bottom) I tried using it for about a month during the summer. Since I have dehydrated-oily, acne-prone teenage skin, my skin tends to get shiny easily from sebum in the summer, so I often use powder. I tried this while looking for a product that could also cover uneven texture and pores. What I liked most was that it covered uneven texture and pores well. After applying the powder, my skin’s surface looked a little smoother, and my pores and fine bumps were somewhat concealed, making my complexion look neat and polished. I also liked that it brightened my skin tone moderately without making it look too white or chalky. Rather than making my skin dramatically brighter, it just made it look slightly more radiant, so it looked natural to me. However, when I used it in the summer, the staying power wasn’t particularly impressive. I could feel the oiliness coming back over time, and when I reapplied it several times while touching up my makeup, my base makeup sometimes started to lift or look dry. Also, I personally found the included puff disappointing. I didn’t like the puff, so I ended up using a different puff or a brush instead. The powder itself also tends to break easily, so I think you need to be a little careful when carrying it around and using it. Still, I was satisfied with how neatly it covered uneven texture and pores and naturally brightened my skin tone. However, considering its staying power in summer and how it performs when touching up makeup, there were quite a few disappointing aspects, so I don’t think I’ll repurchase it. Intention to repurchase ❌ [Summary] Pros: Covers uneven texture and pores well, moderately brightens the skin tone Cons: Disappointing staying power for summer use, applying multiple layers makes the makeup lift and look dry, disappointing included puff, breaks easily
