How to use

    3CE Blur Water Tint Review First of all, it applies really nicely!! Just like the name suggests, it goes on smoothly and feels moisturizing, but the finish has a clean, blurred look that makes my lips look pretty The color is so pretty, and the staying power was better than I expected A lot of tints barely leave any stain at all, but this one leaves a pretty decent stain, so I liked that I also like how the color fades naturally over time, and even when I layer it, it doesn't really clump up or feel heavy, so it's a tint I reach for often Overall, I was happy with everything from the application and color to the staying power and stain I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good everyday tint these days!!
