IPSAThe Time Reset Aqua LotionIt has great moisture retention and makes my skin feel deeply hydrated. I still haven't found another toner that makes my skin feel more hydrated than this one. Maybe it just works well with my skin? When I use it, my skin texture looks more refined. I forget the exact number, but I've repurchased it 3 or 4 times. The texture is light and watery, but it has a little viscosity, so even though it's lightweight, it's still easy to apply, which is nice.

DECENCIAWhite Spike VC LotionA fall/winter skincare must-have for dry, sensitive skin I thought stinging was just part of brightening care, but this is formulated with sensitive skin in mind, so it doesn't hurt at all I think it's on the heavier side, so it might not be for people worried about oily skin

IPSAThe Time Reset Aqua LotionIPSA The Time Reset Aqua Lotion A toner I've repurchased over and over! It's the kind you can splash on generously, and I loooove how it feels like my skin just drinks it right up! It's fragrance-free and, how should I put it, pleasantly no-frills. It was reformulated a little while ago, and this is the old version, but I love it so much I still have a few bottles stocked up! I reach for it when I just want simple hydration, and it's easy to pair with other skincare products.

Sofina Basic PlusUruoi Turbo EmulsionI'm writing about what my junior colleague thought after I bought this for them. They'd been struggling with severe dryness year-round, so I had them try the full-size product. They said, "My skin doesn't feel dry anymore. I want to keep using it forever." At this price, it's a product that can free you from the dryness you've struggled with for years. They saw results from the very first use. Plus, once you buy the main container, you can just buy refills after that, reducing the financial burden, so I thought, as expected of Kao.

IPSAThe Time Reset Aqua LotionIt’s hard to put into words when someone asks me what’s so good about it, but whenever I stop using it, my skin gets thrown off, and I realize, “Maybe my skin was doing better!” It’s a toner I’ve repurchased many times. Even when my skin is irritated, I can use it without any stinging, and since it has a lightweight, watery texture, it’s easy to use both morning and night.

manyoGalactomy Moisture LotionIt’s called a moisture “lotion,” but it was more like a cream with a lot of moisture. Personally, it didn’t feel moisturizing enough for a lotion, but was too lightweight and not enough for a cream… so it was in this awkward in-between spot. It’s the kind of product that makes you wonder which step of your skincare routine to apply it in. It moisturizes without feeling heavy, but I also felt like it wasn’t moisturizing enough for my face. It does have a slight, distinctive fermented scent, but that didn’t bother me. Partway through, I started using it on my body instead, and its lightweight, refreshing feel was absolutely perfect for the body, so I ended up using almost all of it as a body product. I might buy it again if I were using it for my body.

IPSAThe Time Reset Aqua LotionIt’s a light, refreshing, watery toner. It feels incredibly fresh with zero stickiness, yet it still hydrates. It absorbs into the skin quickly, too. It also contains tranexamic acid and dipotassium glycyrrhizate, ingredients that help prevent skin irritation. Since it has a non-irritating, water-like texture, I think it’s suitable for all skin types. It’s easy to use with no strong quirks, so I can totally see why it’s so popular with everyone. By the way, I bought the trial-size mini bottle for 500 yen on @cosme ^_^ It’s hygienic and convenient to carry around!

Clé de Peau BeautéProtective Day EmulsionA fresh, lightweight daytime emulsion that spreads easily and doesn’t feel sticky. After applying, my skin feels plump and soft, with a firm, radiant finish! Using it before makeup helps it go on better, and my skin stays hydrated even after I’ve finished my makeup. Since it moisturizes, it also does a great job of preventing my makeup from getting dry and breaking up! I bought it thinking I’d use it when I want to put extra effort into my makeup, or when I want to use just a little emulsion for touch-ups. So I went with the mini size! It doesn’t take up much room in my pouch and is easy to carry around, so I’m glad I chose this size. Even though it’s the mini size, the bottle is cute, the scent is lovely, and it gives me a properly luxurious experience, so I’m extremely satisfied! It’s SPF 25, and I’m happy that it also provides sun protection!

DecorteHydra Clarity Brightening Treatment SoftenerThis is a medicated brightening emulsion designed to be used before toner. I ended up buying it because I was drawn to the cute packaging design and the ingredients focused on brightening, including the skin-beautifying sugar ingredient “美肌糖” that helps create a translucent look, “Clarity Refiner,” a vitamin C derivative, and the anti-roughness active ingredient dipotassium glycyrrhizate. I use two pumps on a cotton pad after washing my face in the morning and at night. It feels quite moisturizing, and leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth. Maybe using the emulsion first helps with absorption, because the toner blended in beautifully without dripping all over the place! Sometimes it feels a little too moisturizing and heavy, so when that happens, I skip the cream. It’s cute to have in my room and lifts my mood, and I also like that it comes with a pump!
