To me, this feels like the original gel mask. Compared to the various gel masks I've tried, Essence → a lot Thickness → thick and heavy, so it slides down from the weight Time until it absorbs → one of the longest (around 4 hours. It might take all night) After taking it off → moisturized and bouncy, pores are gone That's how I'd describe it. The time it takes to absorb is a pretty big drawback, and back when I wasn't used to gel masks, I really hated the feeling of having something on my face the whole time, so I'd sometimes peel it off before it turned clear 😂 But I really love how my pores disappear after taking it off, so it's one of my favorites lol

PurealMatcha Soothing Essence Mask
This is Pureal's new sheet mask 🍵 (September release) As always, it's packed with essence. It has a faint matcha scent. The essence is thick, so after removing the mask, it takes a little while to fully absorb. It feels refreshing and moisturizing. I also feel like it makes my skin look a little more translucent. I'm happy that it also contains Japanese and Chinese herbal extracts, so it helps care for irritated skin too.

The sheet is split into upper and lower sections, and the lower section hooks over your ears. Isn't it amazing that you can shape your jawline while using a face mask? No. 9 is the firming, glow, and intense hydration line, so it moisturizes really well ◎ It's great at night too, but I often use it before applying makeup!

My beloved No.3 mask! I use it when I'm worried about my pores. Maybe because it contains fermented ingredients, first-time users might feel a little tingling. Personally, when my pores are bothering me, I feel a fizzy tingling sensation (it doesn't hurt!), but when they're not, I don't feel any tingling. You can slather it on places other than your face too.

The serum isn't too heavy either, and it feels refreshing without leaving much stickiness after the mask. Rather than providing intense moisture, it seems easy to use on days when you want to replenish hydration while calming your skin. It's convenient to use, with each treatment taking about 10 minutes, and it comes in everything from large-capacity boxes to individually wrapped masks. It's also sold at convenience stores and mass retailers, making it an easy mask to add to your daily routine whenever you're concerned about your skin's condition.

A face mask touted as a "60-second mask." This product contains vitamin C and is meant for morning use, so I leave it on for 60 seconds after washing my face in the morning. Looking at the ingredient list, it contains lots of naturally derived ingredients like orange fruit extract, lemon fruit extract, and fermented soybean extract, and maybe because of that, the scent doesn't smell artificial but is natural and very refreshing. Just like the nighttime face mask containing retinol, it leaves my skin genuinely soft and moisturized even though I only leave it on for 60 seconds. After taking off the mask, I feel like my complexion looks a little brighter too...maybe it improved my circulation. The sheet is neither too thin nor too thick, and it's not expensive either. It's an easy mask to use for daily care, so I think I'd like to repurchase it.

I bought this product I'd been curious about for a while at a pop-up. First, the moment I opened the package, a soft citrus scent wafted out and put me in such a good mood. (The ingredients list says grapefruit, but the front of the package says Jeju orange. So which is it...? Well, either way, it smells so good that I don't really care) It's perfect for nights when you're tired. When I bought it, the staff advised me to "use it at night since it contains retinol," so I used it at night after taking a bath and washing my face. It's sold as a "60-second mask," but... sorry, since it was nighttime and I'm stingy, I left it on for 5 minutes, felt plenty moisturized, and then finished up my skin with my usual routine after removing the mask. Since it contains niacinamide and retinol, I think it's a very easy mask to use for daily care at this price. Seems worth putting on for even just 60 seconds when you're busy. I also got a sample of the other mask they sell, the vitamin C one, so I'm thinking of trying it in the morning! Mornings are busy, so maybe 60 seconds...

This is the one when I want to flood my skin with moisture! It doesn't contain any weird irritants or harsh ingredients, so when I use it when I just need simple hydration care, my skin issues tend to clear up more easily. I also use it to soothe my skin when I've overdone it with intensive skincare, and when I don't want my makeup to dry out the next day, using this at night and a vitamin C mask in the morning gives me the best makeup application and staying power. It's a mask I often take with me when I travel, and when I go to Korea, it's usually cheap with a 1+1 deal, so I always stock up. I'll keep repurchasing it. It's great value too!

I'd seen so many sponsored posts about it that I was like, is it really any good~? I nervously bought it anyway, and hey, this is actually good! The mask is on the stiff side, which isn't really my thing, but it did adhere well. After I took it off, there was still serum left on my skin and it didn't feel dry at all More than anything, the results were so noticeable that the next day I was like, doesn't my skin look amazing!? It looks brighter, and my pores look good too I'll stock up during an Olive Young Global sale or the next time I go to Korea.

It's very moisturizing and feels like a special-occasion mask. There's plenty of serum, so it might be good for people with dry skin, but it felt a little heavy for my more oily skin. Mediheal's PDRN Daily Mask suited me better.

The sheet is soaked with plenty of serum and is easy to fit snugly against the skin. It doesn't dry out easily while I leave it on, and my skin feels moisturized after I remove it. After using it, my skin feels fresh and balanced, so it's also easy to use as a special treatment when I'm concerned about dryness or dullness. It's a mask I want to use in addition to my regular skincare on days when I want to get my skin in good condition!

It’s called a 3-hour mask for a reason, so rather than using it daily, I use it as a special treatment when I have plenty of time or have an event the next day! It has that plump, thick texture unique to gel masks and adheres well, so I recommend using it while doing other things and enjoying some time to relax. It’s the type I’d want to use when my skin isn’t doing well and I have time for some thorough care, or on nights when I want to properly make time for skincare, and since it can be used for up to 8 hours and apparently can be worn while sleeping too, maybe it could also be used while napping during travel, or layered with a silicone mask on top while sleeping…? That might work!
