Pigmentation/Spots Lotion/Emulsion Top 20 & Reviews

It has great moisture retention and makes my skin feel deeply hydrated. I still haven't found another toner that makes my skin feel more hydrated than this one. Maybe it just works well with my skin? When I use it, my skin texture looks more refined. I forget the exact number, but I've repurchased it 3 or 4 times. The texture is light and watery, but it has a little viscosity, so even though it's lightweight, it's still easy to apply, which is nice.

I bought this because I was concerned about dry skin and sensitivity during seasonal changes❣️ The texture isn't too runny and has just the right amount of richness, so it absorbs easily into the skin and moisturizes really well. It didn't sting, and I felt like it helped calm redness and flakiness. It doesn't get too sticky, so it's easy to use for my morning skincare routine or before makeup. I recommend it for anyone looking to strengthen their skin barrier or find gentle moisturizing care😊❤️

White Spike VC Lotion

A fall/winter skincare must-have for dry, sensitive skin I thought stinging was just part of brightening care, but this is formulated with sensitive skin in mind, so it doesn't hurt at all I think it's on the heavier side, so it might not be for people worried about oily skin

IPSA The Time Reset Aqua Lotion A toner I've repurchased over and over! It's the kind you can splash on generously, and I loooove how it feels like my skin just drinks it right up! It's fragrance-free and, how should I put it, pleasantly no-frills. It was reformulated a little while ago, and this is the old version, but I love it so much I still have a few bottles stocked up! I reach for it when I just want simple hydration, and it's easy to pair with other skincare products.

I bought this when it was getting a lot of buzz for being good to use before makeup. It's a lightweight emulsion, but it still seems to have all the important qualities you'd want from one. I have combination skin that gets oily easily, and it did make my makeup break down a little more easily in the middle of summer. But it's easy to use in every season besides summer! If you wait a little after applying it, the heaviness on the surface goes away, so this waiting time is important when using it before makeup!! Be careful because your makeup will break down more easily if you apply it right away! It's really moisturizing, and it feels like a nice balance between lightweight and moisturizing.

It's juuust right for moisturizing before makeup. It's not too sticky but still moisturizing enough, and I like it because I don't have to worry much about dryness when I apply my makeup after using this. I haven't really noticed any dramatic skin-clearing effects just from applying it, but it's easy to use because it doesn't interfere with sunscreen or primer after moisturizing, so I think I'll keep using it. It's not enough of an issue to lower my rating, but I feel like the cap gets harder to close over time. But overall, I love ongredients ♡

I used this as a lotion before makeup! It's so moisturizing that I can't go without it during the inevitably dry fall and winter months! When I apply it in the morning, I don't get dry at all the entire day! I was amazed. It kept me moisturized all day even in my desert-dry office, so I plan to use it again this winter! It doesn't feel heavy, but it stays sticky unless you let it sit for a bit after applying! You can use it morning and night, and it lasted me about six months, so it's also insanely good value for money🤝

AP Moisture Barrier Pre-Emulsion

I have thin, dry skin, but in spring and summer, too much moisturizing makes me feel greasy and prone to breakouts, so I tried using a pre-emulsion because I wanted to properly hydrate my skin from within. It was too heavy for summer! It didn't really make things better or worse, but partway through, maybe the moisturizing feel got too heavy after all, because my skin became unstable. When I started using a hyaluronic acid serum before toner instead of the pre-emulsion, I felt like the moisture balance became just right. Maybe I'll use the rest in winter~

The lotion everyone's been talking about as being great to use before makeup! It did feel a bit lacking when I used it at night, but it's perfect before makeup!! I thought it was a lovely lotion that's easy to use before makeup all year round.

AP Moisture Barrier Pre-Emulsion

I was curious about it after it went viral on X, and then one of my followers recommended it, so I bought it. It's so cheap that you can use it not only on your face but also on your body, which makes it really easy to try. That said, it's hard to say whether I've noticed any major changes from using it, so for now I mix it with Kose Cosmeport's Perfect Essence and use it as a temporary stopgap after cleansing when I get home until I take a bath. It has a very watery texture and spreads well, and since I only use one pump, I bought it four months ago but it's still nowhere near empty. Once I finish it, I'll try using only Perfect Essence for a while, and if I start noticing dryness, I'll consider buying it again!

Seems good for people who want a really dewy base makeup look with liquid or cushion foundation. It feels extremely watery and oily, and the surface of my skin stays damp forever, so powder and blush slide around like crazy... It wasn't for me since I prefer a semi-matte to matte finish.

I tried it because it's famous for making makeup go on really well. It's even more moisturizing than I expected and spreads nicely too, so I keep reaching for it. A little goes a long way. I would 1000% repurchase😆

A must-have before makeup! It’s highly moisturizing and makeup applies really well over it, so I always use it before putting on makeup! It’s a pretty good-sized bottle too, so it lasts a long time!||||

Nano Emulsion Deep

To cut to the chase, it’s amazing. I’ve gone through about 10 bottles by now. If you have dehydrated skin, use Nano Emulsion Deep. I’d never come across a milky lotion with such a watery texture before, so I was surprised at first. Is this really okay? I wondered. Also, it’s pretty small, so it’ll run out right away, won’t it? Isn’t the value for money terrible? I thought. My first impression wasn’t great. But once I tried it, it was just too good. Because it’s so watery, you genuinely don’t feel moisturized at all, but it really is moisturizing. It feels incredibly lightweight and doesn’t get in the way of my makeup in the morning, so I really recommend it.

It’s hard to put into words when someone asks me what’s so good about it, but whenever I stop using it, my skin gets thrown off, and I realize, “Maybe my skin was doing better!” It’s a toner I’ve repurchased many times. Even when my skin is irritated, I can use it without any stinging, and since it has a lightweight, watery texture, it’s easy to use both morning and night.

I recommend this product to anyone who struggles with their makeup looking super cakey and cracking!! I was struggling with my makeup cracking and separating too, no matter how many times I changed my base products, but once I added just this lotion to my skincare routine, my makeup stayed looking beautiful all day long ✨️ The weather’s been getting cooler lately and my skin’s getting drier, so I really recommend this to anyone with the same concern as me (*´▽｀)

Galactomy Moisture Lotion

It’s called a moisture “lotion,” but it was more like a cream with a lot of moisture. Personally, it didn’t feel moisturizing enough for a lotion, but was too lightweight and not enough for a cream… so it was in this awkward in-between spot. It’s the kind of product that makes you wonder which step of your skincare routine to apply it in. It moisturizes without feeling heavy, but I also felt like it wasn’t moisturizing enough for my face. It does have a slight, distinctive fermented scent, but that didn’t bother me. Partway through, I started using it on my body instead, and its lightweight, refreshing feel was absolutely perfect for the body, so I ended up using almost all of it as a body product. I might buy it again if I were using it for my body.
