How to use
1) Use a spoolie brush to brush the brow hairs upward and groom them. 2) Use the tip of an angled brush to fill in color from the front of the brows. 3) Naturally define sparse areas and the tails to add depth. 4) Brush through the entire brow again with a spoolie to smooth and refine the hairs.
