- How to use
- 1) After cleansing, take out a toner pad and gently wipe the entire face and neck. 2) Wipe areas of concern once more along the skin’s texture. 3) Leave the pad adhered to the face briefly to allow the remaining toner to absorb. 4) Gently pat with your fingertips to help it absorb, then finish with the next step.
