- How to use
- 1) Lightly groom the brow hairs with a spoolie. 2) Apply an appropriate amount from the underside of the brows along the hairs with the brush tip. 3) Sweep upward to lift and shape the hairs in the desired direction. 4) Allow to air-dry completely.
