- How to use
- 1) Before use, remove excess oil and residual makeup from the eye area. 2) Apply the liner to the eye area or along the eyeliner as desired. 3) Lightly tap with a fingertip or brush to blend the shading naturally. 4) Remove thoroughly with a dedicated makeup remover after use.
