- How to use
- 1) Clean and prep the eye area before applying eyeliner. 2) Gently press the pencil tip against the eye area and draw a line from the inner to the outer corner. 3) Layer along the line to build the desired thickness and shape. 4) Remove gently with a dedicated makeup remover.
